Residential New Construction Electrical

As part of a new subdivision by Algra Bros Developments, our licensed electricians worked on the Timberlane project, residential electrical installations for the ongoing construction of 58 new modern designed homes.

This project is located on the southern slope of east Abbotsford and includes five different new home styles ranging from 2,100 to 3,600 sq. ft per single-family home.

The homes in this new subdivision were built compact and boasts rancher-like features but with the added space of a second floor. The concept was to allow homeowners to start the downsizing process with ease, knowing they would be moving into a new home complex that meets all of their expectations.

The Canadian Home Builders Association awarded Algra Bros (GC) Developments, the constructors on this project, a residential award for their work in this modern residential subdivision.

Premium Electric also does commercial electrical installations including the Ambassador Building in Abbotsford BC.
