Commercial Electrical New Construction

As a three-story commercial tenanted office space, the Ambassador building by J.Floris Construction, was constructed on 1.38 acres of land in Abbotsford BC and includes seven rental units. Our commercial electrical team installed dedicated metered services for individual tenant spaces, which included custom lighting installations and fire alarm systems.

The 15,000 sq. ft building also features access to common area space and a pedestrian connection walkway.

The challenges of this commercial electrical project included working around a pre-existing 25,860 sq. ft office building.

This new office tower is located just minutes from the historical downtown Abbotsford area.

Premium Electric also completed tenant improvements for one of the building’s tenants, Keystone TI.
